From a young age, I’ve always had a sense of motivation and passion towards how things work. Whether it’s dismantling things, exploring new technologies, learning additional skills, or meeting new people, I bring these values to every experience throughout my life on a personal and professional level.
I'm an Information Security and Cybersecurity professional, who loves technology to solve problems from the common to the niche. With a broad knowledge of IT and an in-depth understanding of security, I enjoy a presales challenge meeting the customer needs as well as the business objectives. I hold relationships with senior managers and directors to ensure they are kept up to date with relevant solutions to support their customers wants and needs.
I work with PR agencies, journalists and marketing teams to provide IT Security content and comments to publications and social media channels.
I have an understanding of the channel model, having worked in distribution, reseller, consultancy and end user environments.
I currently hold a range of industry certifications, including CISSP, EU GDPR Practitioner, MCSE and MCTS. I am also SC Cleared and DBS/CRB checked.

Created security services offerings for the G-Cloud (G6 & G9) framework, with services including professional services and cloud solutions from our strategic vendors.
Strategic vendors for the MTI Security Practice, include but are not limited to CyberArk, Forcepoint, Gemalto, Palo Alto Networks, Splunk, Trend Micro, VMware NSX and Watchguard. Ensuring the team are skilled up to deliver from a presales, post sales and support perspective.
Engaging with organisations to build and strengthen IT and Cyber Security strategies. The ability to provide a virtual CISO to environments without this role.
Built MTI's strategy for a complete EU GDPR offering, working with Consultants, Sales, Marketing and third parties.
With a focus of backlog, delivery and resource management, delivered the largest professional services quarter to MTI within six months of joining, and instrumental to the maintaining the year-on-year growth the Security Practice is experiencing.

Presented an educational seminar at the e-Crime Congress 2016, on the topic of CESG's 10 Steps to Cyber Security. Participated in a Fireside Chat on stage at VMworld, discussing the business transformation of NSX.

Our vendor portfolio includes, Absolute Software, AirTight Networks, Avira, Bradford Networks, Celestix, Cryoserver, Cyberoam, FatPipe, Lumension, PurpleWiFi, SafeNet, Ucopia, Websense, WinMagic, Xirrus and ZyXEL.
Heading up a technical team consisting of consultants and engineers, covering all technical support aspects for our vendors from presales, implementation, post sales support, consultancy and training.
Running a technical team dedicated to service delivery and ensuring we are a revenue generating team for e92plus through technical professional services. The team has generated a year on year growth on gross profit for e92plus over the last five years.

I hold an EU GDPR Practitioner certification and ISC2 CISSP, and am experienced with data protection and data governance. I have an understanding of industry standards , such as PCI:DSS
